Digital Marketing Intern at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, Paris. 6-month CRM campaign management internship starting January 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute multichannel campaign creation and coordination (email, SMS, direct mail), managing briefs, creative revisions, content integration, and stakeholder communication across internal and external teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Buying, Creative Direction, Client Relations, and brand partners to optimize contact strategy and validate campaign content
- Conduct monthly competitive benchmarking analysis to enhance campaign relevance and positioning
- Implement A/B testing protocols to optimize campaign performance metrics and conversion rates
- Execute targeting for both commercial and relational multichannel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign platform
- Develop technical proficiency in Adobe Campaign marketing automation tool
- Ensure comprehensive reporting of campaign and project outcomes with actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization
- Support transversal CRM projects and database enrichment initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/5 years (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university programme with specialization in Communications or Marketing
- Strong attention to detail and methodological rigor
- Excellent written communication skills and interpersonal ease across diverse stakeholders
- Creative sensitivity and design awareness
- Previous experience in corporate communications or agency-side client-focused work preferred
- Proficiency in Photoshop and graphic design tools advantageous
