Le Bon Marché is recruiting a Digital Communications Assistant for a six-month internship starting 4 January 2027, based at La Samaritaine in Paris. The role supports the digital strategy and website operations, coordinates content production and publishing, ensures digital content quality, collaborates across internal teams and conducts digital benchmarks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of the digital strategy on the Samaritaine website.
- Assist with the website’s day-to-day operational management, including site updates and content integration through the dedicated CMS.
- Help coordinate website content production, including tracking the retroplanning schedule and translations, proofreading texts, delivering assets and publishing content.
- Ensure the quality of content and texts integrated on the website and across digital communications channels.
- Collaborate with internal Public Relations & Influence, Trade Marketing, Partnerships, Visual Merchandising and Purchasing teams to feature key moments and content on the website.
- Conduct thematic, competitive and functional benchmarks on digital and editorial brand-content best practices.
Qualifications
- Education at BAC+4/5 level in communications, business or an equivalent course of study.
- Strong interest in digital, web editorial content, content management and user experience.
- Dynamic and responsive, with excellent interpersonal skills; able to lead projects autonomously and bring colleagues together around them.
- Rigorous and organised, with strong attention to detail.
- An initial familiarity with CMS platforms and online publishing is an advantage.
- Interest in working in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent English.
