Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business performance dashboards and analyze customer behaviors both in-store and online, focusing on loyalty program performance, CRM campaigns, and customer profiling.
- Conduct and monitor recurring dashboards to track customer behavior evolution and identify new business opportunities through data exploitation.
- Highlight key trends and analyze data to identify KPIs that aid decision-making.
- Prepare reports on marketing operations and enhance data communication and analysis utilization within the company.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of customer segmentations and operational clusters to optimize in-store and online campaign activations.
- Participate in constructing models to improve campaign effectiveness and manage projects integrating customer scores and data into various systems in collaboration with IT teams.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a higher education degree in Statistics or Modeling.
- Recognized for analytical skills with numbers/statistics and synthesis capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive nature with adaptability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
