Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer requests and needs (information or complaints regarding ongoing after-sales matters) from in-store, telephone, email, and postal channels
  • Administer and update daily administrative and accounting files related to customer or store after-sales services, including credits and refunds, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution in coordination with in-store personnel, accounting, and department buyers
  • Serve as liaison between store departments to ensure effective communication regarding ongoing after-sales files with sales advisors and field managers
  • Proactively support customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Promote store services, brands, and benefits to customers
  • Pilot the creation and regular updating of after-sales reference documents, including supplier procedures and contact directories
  • Offer suggestions to management aimed at improving customer experience within after-sales services
  • Welcome and participate in onboarding and training of new team members
