Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with exceptional service standards, presenting and promoting Le Bon Marché's full service offering and 24 Sèvres loyalty programme
- Orient customers through the store and provide personalized shopping guidance based on individual preferences and needs
- Process transactions for gift cards and merchandise at the point of sale
- Support the group purchasing service including product reception, cashiering, and delivery preparation
- Serve as a liaison between clients and management regarding service feedback and customer inquiries
- Maintain awareness of current store news and promotions to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing hospitality or retail roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to luxury retail environments
