Le Bon Marché Paris seeks a Customer Relations Advisor (CDI, full-time) to welcome clients and promote premium services in this legendary Left Bank department store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Present and develop all customer services, particularly the 24 Sèvres loyalty card program
  • Welcome and orient clients throughout the store with personalized guidance
  • Collect and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and discretion
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clientele and store management regarding service inquiries and feedback

Qualifications

  • First experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills suited to luxury retail
  • Proficient English language ability; additional language fluency is advantageous
  • Availability to work Saturdays and select Sundays
