Le Bon Marché — Paris: CRM Marketing Project Assistant (Internship). 6‑month hybrid internship starting July 2026 in CRM and multichannel campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM — relational marketing team in the execution and coordination of multichannel campaigns (mailing, e-mailing, SMS) from brief to final integration.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Buying, Art Direction, Client Relations) and external partners to define the contact plan, validate content and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage creative feedback cycles and integration rounds with design and production teams.
- Design and implement A/B tests and contribute to ongoing optimisation of campaign performance.
- Build campaign targetings on the campaign management platform and participate in audience segmentation exercises.
- Produce monthly competitive benchmarking and campaign reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Data team to analyse customer behaviour, improve campaign profitability and support database enrichment initiatives.
- Contribute to transversal CRM projects aimed at improving data quality and campaign workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) program in business school or university with a specialization in Communications and/or Marketing.
- Demonstrated rigour, strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative sensitivity and aptitude for written content; genuine interest in luxury retail and gastronomy.
- Available for a 6‑month internship beginning July 2026.
