Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of multichannel CRM campaigns (emailing, SMS, print): drafting briefs, copywriting, creative iterations, content integration and follow‑up with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate campaign content and validations with Marketing Client, Buying, Art Direction and Image teams to deploy the contact plan.
  • Manage campaign routing and deployment within the campaign management platform (Adobe Campaign).
  • Propose and implement A/B tests to optimise campaign performance and conversion.
  • Produce monthly competitive benchmark analyses and maintain campaign reporting with actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to transversal CRM projects and initiatives to enrich and activate the customer database.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master 2 (M2) programme in a business school or equivalent university degree with a specialisation in Communication & Marketing.
  • Strong written French copywriting skills, creative flair and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • High level of organisation, proactivity and ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams.
  • Genuine interest in gastronomy and sensitivity to the luxury retail environment.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and graphic creation tools is a plus.
  • Available for a 12‑month alternance starting September 2026; a 4 days / 1 day rhythm is preferred.
