Le Bon Marché is recruiting a CRM and Promotions Assistant Intern for La Samaritaine’s Marketing Department, supporting customer communications campaigns, CRM performance analysis and in-store signage and digital screens. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting 4 January 2027, based at La Samaritaine.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee email campaigns, including developing new templates, briefing the copywriter on editorial content, creating templates, managing the retroplanning, briefing the service provider on targeting, validating campaigns with the manager and monitoring distribution, in collaboration with the team, marketing department, graphic designers and external agencies.
- Coordinate customer SMS campaigns for promotional operations, from drafting the messages to briefing the agency.
- Create messages and campaigns for promotional operations targeting loyalty-program members through push notifications and digital loyalty cards.
- Track CRM performance, consolidate post-campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct competitive monitoring.
- Monitor in-store installation of point-of-sale advertising designed by the artistic direction team, particularly for themed events and promotional operations.
- Manage in-store digital screens by identifying requirements to relay store news and brand requests, preparing the broadcast schedule and programming the screens.
- Analyse market practices related to promotional operations.
Qualifications
- Education at Bac +4/5 level in a business school or university, specialising in communications or marketing.
- Ideally, initial experience in CRM or customer communications management.
- Knowledge of the luxury sector or department stores is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit, with an appreciation for working in a 360° collaborative environment with varied stakeholders.
- Rigour, organisation, autonomy and creativity to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Pack Office and a strong interest in figures.
- Knowledge of campaign management tools such as Dartagnan, Adobe Campaign or Salesforce is an additional advantage.
