La Grande Epicerie de Paris (Paris) seeks a Corporate Gifting Sales Assistant (CDD) to manage B2B prospecting, orders and client relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of the Gifts department in the commercial development and operational handling of corporate gifting orders.
  • Identify business opportunities and optimise the client database to target potential corporate buyers for the year‑end season.
  • Prospect prospective corporate clients by telephone and email and expand the B2B client portfolio.
  • Prepare commercial proposals: take briefs, select products, prepare offers, produce quotes and support invoicing.
  • Ensure service quality and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout order fulfilment.
  • Manage administrative follow‑up of orders and maintain the client tracking file.
  • Produce quantitative and qualitative reporting on activity and sales performance.
