Groupe Bon Marché seeks Management Controller in Paris to drive performance analysis and strategic decision-support across retail operations and e-commerce.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and pilot performance across strategic business units including general merchandise categories (with proprietary brand) across both locations, retail concessions, and luxury/Italian sections at La Grande Épicerie Rive Gauche
- Analyze key performance indicators including revenue, gross margin, linear-meter profitability, product family performance, and personnel costs, formulating recommendations for operational teams
- Support operational and business management teams in identifying performance improvement levers and pilot activity management
- Track and analyze performance of major commercial operations including seasonal campaigns (Easter, Christmas, etc.)
- Oversee complete profit and loss accountability for e-commerce operations and identify strategic performance drivers
- Monitor budgets for Marketing, Communications, Visual Identity, and proprietary brand activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of management information systems and reporting tools, including Power BI development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from business school, accounting/finance program, or equivalent university degree
- Minimum 3 years of management control experience, preferably in distribution, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods
- Proficiency with Office Suite (particularly Excel) and SAP
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and diplomatic communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a demanding operational environment

Minimum 3 years of management control experience, preferably acquired in distribution, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods environments. Results-oriented with proven ability to analyze performance and guide operational teams in decision-making.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school, accounting/control de gestion, finance program, or equivalent university qualification.
