Construction Project Manager role at Groupe Bon Marché in Paris, France. Manage TCE works across luxury retail locations. CDI, €50k–€60k.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop technical project documentation with support from engineering consultants, including written specifications and architectural graphics in the absence of external technical offices
- Monitor and enforce budget compliance during tender document preparation
- Maintain comprehensive as-built drawing files and site documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Prepare and coordinate construction works for commercial and rental spaces across all Bon Marché group locations
- Track project schedules and monitor site progress in real-time
- Serve as primary liaison between internal departments and external project management teams
- Inspect and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction phases
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and applicable labor legislation
- Conduct formal project handovers and receipt of completed works
- Compile all final documentation including as-built drawings, inspection reports, and final control bureau reports (RVRAT)
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Construction or Architecture with specialized technical focus
- Proven experience in site supervision and construction coordination
- Demonstrated expertise in technical project management and coordination
- Strong attention to detail and commercial architectural sensibility
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Rigorous organizational and project management capabilities
