Role & Responsibilities
- Act as ambassador of the ultra‑premium client experience for L’Appartement, delivering personalised, proactive concierge services to VIPs, loyal clients and partners.
- Welcome, orient and accompany clients throughout their visit; anticipate needs and manage unforeseen requests with poise and speed.
- Provide full concierge services including transport coordination, reservations, deliveries and bespoke requests.
- Oversee beverage and light‑service offering in the lounge (coffee, champagne, snacks) and manage pantry/stock replenishment.
- Maintain immaculate presentation and operational standards of the prestige lounge (cleanliness, restock, luxury service standards).
- Build and nurture privileged relationships with an exclusive clientele and develop loyalty programme adoption.
- Manage client records: updating the client database, following up on requests, handling complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate client flows and work closely with sales teams, Personal Stylists, security and marketing to optimise the guest journey.
- Handle logistics for sales products present in the lounge and support organisation of private visits, events and bespoke experiences.
- Ensure compliance with retail processes: cash handling, tax‑free (détaxe), deliveries, exports and invoicing; maintain administrative quality and conformity.
- Share best practices and onboard new colleagues to sustain service excellence across shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality or high‑end retail.
- Fluent in French and English; additional language(s) highly valued.
- Impeccable personal presentation and polished interpersonal manner appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Deep knowledge of Paris and its luxury service landscape; ability to curate local experiences for international clientele.
- Strong organisational skills, discretion and the capacity to prioritise under pressure.

Minimum three years of relevant experience in luxury concierge, upscale hotel hospitality or premium retail client services, preferably within international and highly demanding environments.
Education
Baccalauréat or equivalent; vocational diploma in hospitality, luxury retail or similar preferred.
