Concierge position at La Samaritaine's Prestige Lounge, Paris. Deliver ultra-premium client experiences for VIP clientele in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, orient, and accompany all clients—VIPs, loyal patrons, and partners—with impeccable service and discretion
  • Deliver comprehensive concierge services including reservations, transportation coordination, bespoke requests, and seamless deliveries
  • Anticipate client expectations and resolve unforeseen circumstances with composure and elegance
  • Orchestrate client circulation flows to optimize the prestige lounge experience and identify service opportunities
  • Oversee beverage and refreshment service including coffee, champagne, and gourmet accompaniments with refinement
  • Maintain inventory management of sacherie, beverages, and provisions whilst ensuring the lounge meets luxury standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Cultivate and sustain privileged relationships with an exacting clientele through personalized attention and proactive outreach
  • Promote and develop enrollment in the loyalty programme whilst managing client files and maintaining meticulous records
  • Address client requests and complaints with expedience, ensuring resolution and feedback integration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, Personal Stylists, security, and marketing to enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee logistics and product placement for merchandise within the lounge and coordinate bespoke events and prestige lounge tours
  • Master and uphold all operational processes including payment processing, tax refunds, shipping, export documentation, and invoicing
  • Transmit best practices and mentor new team members in alignment with prestige lounge standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail environments
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is valued
  • Demonstrated expertise in serving international, discerning clientele with exacting standards
  • Immaculate presentation and personal grooming standards
  • Sophisticated understanding of Paris and its cultural heritage and lifestyle
