La Table Paris seeks a Commis de Salle (Service Assistant) for its 120-seat restaurant at La Grande Épicerie. Full-time, 35 hours/week, Monday–Sunday.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to assigned tables in the dining room
- Maintain and clean service consoles, wash-up areas, and kitchen office spaces
- Clear and reset tables during and after each service period
- Participate in daily restaurant operations including cleaning, hygiene protocols, inventory checks, and organization of deliveries
- Support the broader restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- First professional experience in food and beverage service
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration mindset
- Warm, enthusiastic, dynamic, and well-organized approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to fast-paced dining environments
