Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate, monitor and report store performance KPIs; produce accurate dashboards for departmental leadership.
- Extract, cleanse and aggregate sales and operational data to prepare weekly business review materials for department directors.
- Design, build and maintain reporting tools and presentation packs to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with finance to analyse results and explain variances.
- Participate in cross‑functional retail projects and contribute to operational improvements across the store.
- Attend team meetings and maintain effective relationships with department managers and store teams.
- Collaborate with IT to capture user needs, support implementation and maintenance of in‑store digital tools.
- Draft and update internal procedure documents and support materials; contribute to the development of training resources.
- Act as a point of contact for store teams on procedural reminders and tool usage.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a Master's-level programme (Bac+4/5) in Business, Commerce or equivalent; internship must be part of the academic curriculum (convention de stage).
- Post-degree internships are not accepted.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, in particular advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical aptitude with a clear affinity for numbers and KPI-driven analysis.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
- First experience in retail or project coordination is preferred.
- Soft skills: rigour, organisation and prioritisation, strong interpersonal skills and proactivity.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of the luxury market.
