Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and monitor performance dashboards (KPIs).
  • Extract and consolidate data for weekly business meetings with department directors.
  • Create and consolidate reporting tools.
  • Liaise with the finance department for performance analysis.
  • Participate in key projects within the store organization.
  • Attend team meetings and maintain good relationships with various departments and management levels.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address store user needs.
  • Assist in drafting and updating internal procedure presentation materials.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials.
  • Act as a liaison for store teams to reinforce procedures.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools for sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or University.
  • Internship agreement for 6 months as part of ongoing studies. Post-graduate internships not accepted.
  • Previous experience in retail and project management preferred.

Skills

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers. Fluency in English (written, spoken, and read). Attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills. Strong interpersonal skills and proactivity. Commercial acumen and knowledge of the luxury market.

Experience

Beginner level experience, ideally with some exposure to retail and project management.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
