Role & Responsibilities

• Track and consolidate commercial performance indicators (KPIs).
• Extract and consolidate data for weekly business reviews.
• Contribute to creating and improving reporting tools.
• Liaise with Finance teams to monitor and analyze performance.
• Contribute to strategic projects related to store organization and performance.
• Attend business review meetings with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support clear communication and coordinated actions.
• Support IT teams in addressing the needs of store users.
• Draft and update operational procedures and materials.
• Help create training materials for store teams.
• Act as a point of contact for store teams on the application of internal procedures.
• Participate in deploying and monitoring digital tools for sales teams.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at Bac+4/5 level at a business school or university and seeking a six-month internship as part of the programme.
• Ideally, some initial experience in retail and/or project management.
• Excellent command of the Pack Office.
• Strong interest in data analysis and figures.
• English proficiency sufficient to work comfortably in an international environment, both orally and in writing.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive approach and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and a keen interest in the luxury sector and its challenges.

Entry-level; initial experience in retail and/or project management is advantageous.
