Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Operations team within Purchasing on cross-functional projects and pop-up activations.
- Conduct brand and trend benchmarking to identify candidates for pop-ups and thematic commercial windows.
- Lead outreach and preliminary commercial negotiations with invited brands; coordinate contracts and practical arrangements.
- Prepare and follow up on in-store installations as project lead on the ground (approx. two pop-ups per month); manage operational timelines and stakeholder coordination.
- Track sales performance for activations, prepare post-event analyses, and support invoicing and financial reconciliation.
- Support product sourcing: request catalogs/prices/samples, verify product compliance, and create product entries in administrative systems.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative workflows for each commercial operation, ensuring timely store set-ups.
- Maintain and update internal briefs and project schedules (PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams); run weekly synchronization meetings with Purchasing, Sales, Communication and other stakeholders.
- Draft point-of-sale materials (PLV) in collaboration with Quality and Artistic Direction.
- Perform regular market and thematic benchmarking to feed inspiration and commercial briefs; propose optimisations from analytical review of sales data.

- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent (césure or end-of-study internship preferred).
- Fluent English (professional working proficiency).
- Excellent written communication and strong editorial precision.
- Methodical, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable negotiating with external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease working with cross-functional teams.
- Affinity for gastronomy, fine foods and culinary trends.
- Advanced user of PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable using Microsoft Teams.
