The Commercial Law Legal Intern joins the Groupe Bon Marché Legal Department, reporting to the Legal Director, and supports lawyers while advising operational teams. The role covers commercial and IT contracts, legal advice, training and legal research; it is a six-month internship starting in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting and negotiating commercial, marketing, procurement, distribution, IT, partnership, service and other business contracts, including master agreements and terms and conditions of sale.
- Advise operational teams on economic law, contract law, distribution law and insurance, with a focus on internal service quality.
- Prepare and deliver training for operational teams.
- Monitor legal developments, conduct legal research and contribute to drafting legal memoranda.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5), Master 2 in Business, Commercial or Distribution Law; specialisation in competition law or distribution law and/or CRFPA training is relevant.
- Good knowledge of economic law and current distribution legislation.
- Strong writing, analytical and synthesis skills; rigour and autonomy.
- Enjoys advising operational teams and working collaboratively; service orientation, listening skills and a teaching mindset.
- Proficiency in the Pack Office.
- Good level of English.

Experience
Entry-level; an initial in-house legal experience, ideally in the distribution sector, is an advantage.
Education
Bac+5, Master 2 in Business, Commercial or Distribution Law; specialisation in competition law or distribution law and/or CRFPA training is relevant.
