Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Commercial Department Directors during budget phases and present budgets to the Group's Executive Committee.
  • Monitor and revise budget forecasts, including personnel expenses, in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Develop and improve tools for tracking business activity and achieving P&L targets.
  • Prepare and lead regular follow-up meetings with Commercial Department Directors.
  • Participate in seasonal purchasing decisions and optimize purchase budgets in collaboration with buyers.
  • Track stock levels and sales rates, providing recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Conduct end-of-season reviews and continuous monitoring of key commercial KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Management/Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Control/Performance Management, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present to non-financial audiences.
  • Proven analytical and synthesis skills, with a rigorous approach.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Autonomous and proactive in managing responsibilities and initiatives. Ability to challenge experienced profiles constructively.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in financial control or performance management, ideally within the retail sector.

Education

Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Management/Finance.
