Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-line telephone reception for the Alterations Atelier: answer calls, record messages and direct urgent communications to the Atelier Manager and tailoring staff.
- Redirect and track incoming client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Manage intake and administrative processing of garments sent to external artisans and internal tailors.
- Monitor and support commercial activity through preparation and maintenance of quantitative reports and simple sales/activity dashboards.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relations and Atelier teams to ensure smooth operational flow and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or graduated from a Bac+2/3 programme in business school or university (commercial, business administration or equivalent).
- Available to start the apprenticeship in September 2026 and able to work full-time on site in Paris.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small, service-oriented team.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and resilient; comfortable handling phone-based client interactions.
