Le Bon Marché internship: Client Relations Event Coordinator (September–December 2026), Paris. Support VIP customer strategies and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Development and Partnerships Manager in executing customer acquisition and cultivation strategies for premium local and international clientele
- Organize and conduct meetings with brand partners and maisons to plan client events
- Develop event briefs and prepare customer data extraction requests in collaboration with the CRM department
- Coordinate VIP events including customer list analysis, invitation creation, outreach calls, and on-site support at Le Bon Marché or external venues
- Identify and propose new client services and event formats to enhance loyalty programs for top-tier customers
- Contribute strategic recommendations to cross-functional store initiatives
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses on retailer loyalty programs, VIP reception protocols, and event formats
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business school or university degree program, ideally with specialization in Retail or Luxury (Bachelor's +4/5 level)
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine affinity for service and client relations
- Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm
- Organized, methodical approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate understanding of luxury retail or event management through academic coursework, extracurricular involvement, or relevant coursework.
