Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs from sales advisors and customer teams into actionable technico-functional specifications and user stories for CRM, loyalty, clienteling and POS systems.
  • Support the Client IT Project Manager in drafting detailed requirements, challenging requests to ensure alignment with project objectives and technical constraints.
  • Coordinate with IT project leads and development teams to design and validate technical solutions; perform system investigations using SQL/SOQL, log analysis and JSON/XML inspection to diagnose issues and assess impacts.
  • Define and execute test strategies and test plans (functional, integration, non‑regression); run test campaigns, log defects and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Validate deliverable quality before production deployment and contribute to deployment preparation and cutover activities.
  • Maintain and enrich project documentation (functional, technical, test cases); propose process improvements and participate in automation initiatives for testing and deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management or equivalent (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience; 3–5 years preferred, ideally within retail or luxury sectors in AMOA, technico-functional, or software testing roles.
  • Solid fundamentals in querying and analysing systems (SQL, SOQL), log analysis and working with JSON/XML.
  • Practical experience producing user stories, specifications and test plans; familiarity with multi-application ecosystems (CRM, loyalty, POS).
  • Experience with project and test management tools (Jira, Confluence, Squash) and with stakeholder-driven, operational rollouts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical rigour, autonomy and the ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally; pragmatic and client‑oriented mindset.
