Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales within cheese, delicatessen or gourmet food is highly desirable.
  • Strong passion for cheese and gastronomy with demonstrable product knowledge and tasting ability.
  • Client-focused with natural sales aptitude: persuasive listening, upselling and service orientation.
  • Energetic, responsive and curious; comfortable working in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
