Role & Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions at the point of sale with accuracy and efficiency
- Open and close cash registers, preparing and verifying float amounts
- Bag products with care and attention to presentation standards
- Greet customers and respond to inquiries with grace and product knowledge
- Reconcile daily cash receipts and identify any discrepancies
- Process refunds, exchanges, and other customer transactions
- Maintain till security and follow cash handling protocols
