Le Bon Marché seeks Beauty Sales Advisor in Paris to drive luxury skincare and wellness sales with exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultation and advisory services to an affluent and discerning clientele across both the beauty institute and wellness counter
- Manage the complete sales process from product presentation to transaction completion, with particular focus on high-value consultations
- Develop and execute client retention strategies including contact collection, follow-up outreach, and complaint resolution
- Maintain superior organizational and scheduling capabilities, including appointment management, treatment room coordination, and event logistics
- Coordinate effectively with external partners and luxury beauty brands to ensure seamless service delivery
- Master all communication tools and systems for client management, booking administration, and team coordination
- Proactively oversee the working environment including aesthetic presentation, inventory management, and supply logistics
- Respond promptly to operational challenges and technical requests while maintaining service standards
- Promote and sell a diverse range of luxury products including skincare, wellness, cosmetics, and treatments
- Actively contribute to and exceed commercial objectives through consultative selling and client relationship building
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in luxury retail sales or high-end beauty consultation
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language highly desirable
- Demonstrated excellence in client-facing service within an upscale retail or hospitality setting
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and resolve sensitive issues with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced luxury environment
