Baker position at La Grande Épicerie de Paris (LVMH), Paris. Fixed-term contract Aug 2026–Dec 2026 or Sep 2026–Jan 2027. Full-time, on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Select and measure ingredients for various dough preparations
  • Perform dough kneading operations
  • Divide and shape dough portions according to technical specifications
  • Condition and store shaped dough pieces
  • Apply finishing techniques to products before baking
  • Execute baking or pre-baking processes
  • Arrange and display finished baked products for service
  • Maintain bakery laboratory standards including cleaning, hygiene compliance, inventory management, and organization of deliveries

Qualifications

  • Qualified baker or pastry technician
  • Minimum 3 years of equivalent professional experience in bakery production
  • Proven expertise in bread and pastry manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
