Le Bon Marché, Paris — Internship: Assistant Stylist/Personal Shopper (6 months, full‑time) supporting personal shoppers in private salons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Personal Shoppers and the in-house Stylist during client appointments in private salons, including handling try-ons, size and model changes and on-the-spot adjustments.
- Prepare and curate selections before appointments and restore items after sessions (positioning pieces in the salon, completing returns and rendus).
- Maintain and update client records and dossiers immediately following appointments to ensure accurate client histories and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate logistics for altered garments and deliveries: prepare packages, manage shipments and liaise with delivery teams.
- Ensure the private salon remains impeccable and guest-ready, upholding the department’s standards for presentation and client comfort.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a fashion, styling or related program (required for internship validation).
- First experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent client-service orientation with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences.
- Strong organisational discipline, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client files.
- Enthusiastic, curious, team-oriented and open-minded attitude.

Entry-level; suitable for candidates with little professional experience who are currently training in fashion/styling and who may have a prior short-term exposure to high-end retail.
Education
Enrolment in a recognised fashion or styling course (BTS, bachelor or similar) — internship must be validated by the candidate’s educational institution.
