La Samaritaine seeks Assistant Planning for Fashion team in Paris. Hybrid CDI role coordinating merchandise flows across 30-40 luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow up and track warehouse deliveries to ensure timely receipt
- Resolve receiving anomalies and discrepancies in merchandise flow
- Create and manage replenishment orders for fashion inventory
- Coordinate store restocking across the 30-40 brand portfolio
- Input promotion and sale lists into SAP systems
- Maintain and update planning tracking files and service KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a similar planning or supply chain role, preferably in Retail or Distribution
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- SAP experience is a plus
