Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and select garments and accessories before and after client appointments, ensuring selections align with each client’s profile.
- Set up and maintain private salon areas and communal spaces, including hospitality zones, to uphold a refined guest environment.
- Support Personal Stylists during client sessions by sourcing sizes, models and colour options promptly and discreetly.
- Manage post-sale preparation: packaging, labelling and coordinating deliveries for client purchases.
- Update and maintain client records using the store’s dedicated clienteling tools and databases.
- Contribute to event logistics and coordination for appointments and in‑salon events, including trend presentations and brand activations.
- Collaborate with in‑store managed brands for merchandising, training sessions and marketing/shoot preparations.
- Apply and enforce store procedures relating to point‑of‑sale, tax‑free processing and export handling.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in formal training in fashion, styling or retail sales (apprenticeship / alternance programme).
- Excellent client service orientation with a strong desire to deliver tailored luxury experiences.
- Organised, meticulous and able to manage parallel operational tasks in a high‑touch environment.
- Enthusiastic, curious and team‑oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
