Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client welcome and personalised sales advice for Accessories (Watches/Jewellery/Bijoux).
  • Coordinate and manage training and skills development: collect training requests from sales advisors, monitor training follow‑up and organise brand/product storytelling sessions.
  • Animate and motivate the sales team: set up sales challenges, prepare and moderate team meetings and drive performance initiatives.
  • Manage uniforms and resourcing: assess uniform needs and orders, compile approved absences, estimate reinforcement needs and construct reinforcement rosters.
  • Lead onboarding of new hires: conduct on-boarding, monitor grooming standards and issue reminders when necessary.
  • Provide operational support and coordination: prepare and animate quarterly plenary meetings, handle opening/closing of tills and boutiques (badges, keys, cash) when required.
  • Execute merchandising and stock tasks: implement commercial operations on the shop floor, control merchandising standards and monitor collection rotations (consignment and managed brands).
  • Drive continuous improvement and reporting: design and lead plenary workshops, write regular barometers and highlight reports.
  • Manage transversal topics and after-sales/service issues with technical, housekeeping and architectural teams.
  • Plan and manage inventory activity: schedule monthly inventories, verify inventory preparation and perform bi‑monthly ad‑hoc inventory checks.

Qualifications

  • Education: Business school degree or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
  • First professional experience in retail sales; experience in team management is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple operational tasks.
  • Team‑oriented with capacity to work autonomously; demonstrated rigor, dynamism and proactivity.
