Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Buyer‑Coordinator for Private Label in the development of event and permanent collections for in‑store and e‑shop distribution.
  • Source and prospect new suppliers (attendance at trade shows, supplier outreach) to enrich the private‑label assortment.
  • Participate in collaboration projects: attend collection kick‑offs, supplier meetings, and follow launches and prototype development.
  • Manage samples and prototypes for catalogs, press and merchandising displays.
  • Process purchase orders and follow-up on deliveries, handling discrepancies and disputes when they arise.
  • Enter and maintain product data and ensure conformity within e‑commerce matrices.
  • Collaborate with social media teams on communication and content for collection launches.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support assortment decisions and commercial performance reviews.
  • Conduct competitive, trend and retail tour monitoring and propose insights.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the eco‑responsibility of private‑label collections and sourcing practices.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in Bac+4/+/5 program (business school, university, IFM or fashion school) compatible with an apprenticeship rhythm.
  • Strong organisational rigour and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Curiosity for product and trends across multiple categories (women’s, men’s, home).
  • Good interpersonal skills and collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficiency with office and creative software (Word, Excel, PPT, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Working knowledge of English.

Experience

Entry‑level — no prior professional experience required; internships or initial exposure to fashion buying, merchandising or retail purchasing are advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in Bac+4/Bac+5 program (business school, university, Institut Français de la Mode or fashion school) suitable for an apprenticeship.
