Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize and preserve materials and props in stockrooms; ensure cleanliness and systematic storage.
- Manage installation and dismantling of exhibitions, window displays and key commercial activations in coordination with the Artistic Direction.
- Handle, move and assemble furniture, display supports and scenographic elements safely and efficiently.
- Support ad hoc events and evening activations (sales events, OFF exhibitions, private evenings) including set-up and breakdown.
- Prepare, palletize and label materials for shipment to external Bon Marché sites; coordinate handover to carriers and logistics teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' practical experience in material handling, exhibition installation, visual merchandising or similar operational roles.
- Methodical, highly organized and attentive to the preservation of high-value display items and fixtures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for working with creative teams (Artistic Direction, Visual Merchandising).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and non-standard hours as required by events and commercial rhythms.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks safely for prolonged periods.

At least 3 years' hands-on experience in logistics, visual merchandising support, exhibition installation or related material-handling roles within retail, cultural or event settings.
Education
No specific formal degree required; vocational training in logistics, scenography, visual merchandising or a related discipline is advantageous.
