Role & Responsibilities
- Research and develop space concepts and details for furniture, lighting, and materials, considering commercial and product challenges.
- Create presentation dossiers using various media, including mandatory 3D.
- Design planning dossiers for APS, APD, DCE, EXE layouts and shells.
- Manage budgets and adhere to timelines.
- Develop architectural specifications for brands and ensure their compliance and updates, along with store plans.
- Coordinate with commercial teams and manage internal technical teams and external design offices.
- Ensure compliance with responsibility and eco-design requirements.
Qualifications
- Architectural degree with at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Strong team spirit and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders and a passion for cross-functional work.
- Creativity with a strong aesthetic sensitivity related to the fashion industry.
- Organized with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks proactively and committedly.
