Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the opening of the fish counter and ensure the display of products while adhering to expiration dates, stock management, labeling, and daily replenishment.
- Welcome and advise high-end clientele by understanding their needs.
- Prepare and present products, offering tastings to boost complementary sales.
- Animate and maintain the vibrancy of the fish counter.
- Support in closing duties and contribute to the daily operations of the section, including cleaning, hygiene compliance, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a CFA fishmongery program
- Successful initial experience in a similar role
- Strong interest in sales and gastronomy

Currently pursuing a vocational training in fishmongery.
