Le Bon Marché hiring Application Manager in Paris, Île-de-France. Hybrid role managing back-office application support and maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and analyse application requirements and malfunctions; plan and monitor resolution efforts in collaboration with project leads
- Organize user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Document solutions and provide user training as required
- Alert management to critical blockers or issues impacting operations
- Provide regular progress updates to business, production, and software vendor teams
- Maintain Service Desk capability through close collaboration and regular oversight meetings
- Develop and refine support procedures for request and incident management
- Coordinate IT interventions with production, operations, and external partners as needed
- Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users on application usage and associated workflows
- Analyse and troubleshoot application anomalies, addressing root causes rather than symptoms
- Escalate issues to software vendors with precise technical documentation
- Assess anomaly severity and alert management when required
- Identify recurring dysfunction patterns and propose systemic solutions
- Build institutional knowledge from problem resolution to inform future training and documentation updates
Qualifications
- IT background or formal training in information systems
- First experience in a similar application support or management role
- Knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency with Excel
