Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and analyse application evolution requirements and operational dysfunctions, planning and tracking implementation in collaboration with project managers and domain stakeholders
- Organize user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams
- Document solutions and conduct user training as necessary
- Alert management on critical blockers and escalation points
- Provide regular status communications to business, production, and vendor stakeholders
- Maintain Service Desk operational readiness through close collaboration to optimize support levels
- Conduct regular progress meetings with Service Desk teams
- Establish procedures for handling user requests and incident management
- Coordinate IT interventions and partner actions across production and support teams
- Provide Level 2 application support and troubleshoot end-user issues
- Analyse application anomalies, focusing on root cause resolution rather than symptom treatment
- Escalate issues to vendors when necessary with precise technical documentation
- Assess anomaly criticality and escalate to management as required
- Identify recurring dysfunction patterns and propose systematic solutions
- Capture lessons learned from incidents to identify training needs and documentation updates
Qualifications
- Background in information technology
- Prior experience in a similar application management or support role
- Knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently across technical and business audiences
- Strong sense of prioritization and organizational discipline
