Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage alteration requests for women's and men's fashion merchandise, conducting detailed fittings and providing expert tailoring recommendations to clients
  • Execute precise marking, pinning, and alterations work including material selection, finish work, quality control, and pressing
  • Conduct customer fittings and consultations, advising on appropriate tailoring interventions and ensuring modifications align with the client's physique and preferences
