Role & Responsibilities
- Manage alteration requests for women's and men's fashion merchandise, conducting detailed fittings and providing expert tailoring recommendations to clients
- Execute precise marking, pinning, and alterations work including material selection, finish work, quality control, and pressing
- Conduct customer fittings and consultations, advising on appropriate tailoring interventions and ensuring modifications align with the client's physique and preferences
- Perform repairs and modifications of garments adapted to each client's specific morphology using appropriate techniques and materials
- Contribute to the daily operations and collaborative atmosphere of the in-house tailoring workshop

Qualifications
