Le Bon Marché is recruiting an Administrative Buying Assistant for its Watches, Jewelry and Costume Jewelry department in Paris. This full-time, on-site fixed-term contract starts as soon as possible, runs through 2 November 2026 and will then be extended.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and registration of new suppliers.
- Prepare product records by gathering requirements, creating product sheets in SAP and entering data into the database.
- Manage order administration, including creating and issuing purchase orders, tracking merchandise returns and following up with suppliers.
- Monitor department activity, including invoice disputes, replenishment across a portfolio of brands and department alerts; independently prepare commercial operations.
- Prepare analytical reports for the buyer, including monthly dashboards and activity indicators.
- Act as the point of contact for internal departments, including the sales floor, logistics and accounting.
- Track merchandise flows in coordination with logistics.
Qualifications
- Hold a two- or three-year post-secondary qualification in business administration or commercial management.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in commercial management and/or sales administration.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, curiosity and a results-oriented approach.
- Have strong organizational skills, rigor, initiative and foresight, and be comfortable working with figures.
- Be comfortable with administrative management, file tracking and prioritizing tasks.
- Be proficient with SAP, Word and Excel.

Experience
At least 2 years in commercial management and/or sales administration.
Education
Two- or three-year post-secondary qualification (bac +2/+3) in business administration or commercial management.
