Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify supplier invoices, reconciling purchase orders with invoices received and investigating discrepancies
- Reconcile and manage aged supplier and client balance sheets
- Generate and maintain client invoices and track their payment status
- Monitor and control invoice validation processes and identify any bottlenecks affecting payment processing
- Create and update the client and supplier master data repository
- Manage supplier relationships, including resolution of billing issues, payment term negotiations, follow-ups, and dispute resolution
Qualifications
- Advanced qualification in Accounting, Audit, or Finance (Bac +2/+3 level, such as DCG)
- Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- English language competency at B2 level (intermediate listening and speaking)
- Organized, rigorous, and proactive work approach
- Strong communication skills and IT agility
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier accounting or related accounts payable function, with demonstrated expertise in vendor invoice processing and management.
Education
Advanced qualification in Accounting, Audit, or Finance (Bac +2/+3 level, such as DCG - Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion).
