La Samaritaine Paris seeks full-time Accounts Payable Accountant to manage supplier invoicing and SAP implementation; €28–€35k annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and validate supplier invoices, reconciling purchase orders with received invoices and investigating discrepancies
- Manage and reconcile supplier aged payables and customer aged receivables accounts
- Issue and track customer invoices related to service provisions
- Monitor and oversee invoice validation processes to ensure timely payment processing
- Maintain and update customer and supplier master data records
- Manage supplier relationships, including resolution of billing issues, payment terms negotiation, and dispute handling
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification in Accounting, Audit, or Finance (Bac +2/+3 level, such as DCG)
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- English language skills at B2 level (intermediate listening and speaking)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or supplier accounting
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Comfort working in dynamic, multicultural environments

Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in accounts payable, supplier accounting, or related finance functions, preferably within a retail or luxury retail environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience processing supplier invoices from receipt through payment and managing supplier relationships.
Education
Higher education qualification in Accounting, Audit, or Finance (Bac +2/+3 level; DCG or equivalent diploma preferred).
