Le Bon Marché, Paris: CDD Accounts Payable Accountant (Sept–Oct 2026) reporting to Head of Vendor Accounting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and manage vendor invoicing workflows
- Create and maintain supplier master records in SAP
- Validate and ensure accuracy of vendor invoice entries
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies within SAP
- Analyze and reconcile supplier accounts; initiate follow-up and collection actions
- Monitor and track exceptional payments including advances and Dailly invoicing by brand
- Manage conditional supplier accounts: unlock balances and resolve disputes
- Review and support VAT declaration compliance (DEB)
- Administer inter-company store transactions
- Track invoice processing workflow evolution in coordination with the Deputy Head of Accounts Payable
- Report findings and maintain communication with direct supervisor
- Participate in departmental team activities
Qualifications
- Diploma in auxiliary accounting (BTS level or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role
- Mastery of accounting procedures and VAT regulations
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
- Proficiency with Excel, SAP, and Word
- Reliable, adaptable, and innovative mindset
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- English language skills (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable, vendor accounting, or a closely related accounting function.
Education
Diploma in auxiliary accounting or equivalent (BTS level or higher).
