Role & Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices end-to-end: receipt, matching to purchase orders, coding and preparation for payment.
- Manage customer invoicing for services rendered to brands and ensure timely collection and dispute resolution.
- Reconcile and control aged supplier and customer balances; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Control and optimise invoice approval workflows and remove process bottlenecks that delay payments.
- Create and maintain accurate supplier and customer master data in the ERP.
- Manage supplier relationships concerning billing queries, reminders, disputes and payment terms.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation and migration to SAP S/4HANA.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary degree in Accounting, Audit or Finance (Bac+2/3 or equivalent; DCG-style training preferred).
- Fluent working knowledge of English at B2 level (oral and written).
- Proven proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Organised, rigorous and proactive with strong communication skills and digital agility.
- Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural retail environment.

Minimum 3 years' professional experience in accounting, with a solid focus on supplier/accounts payable functions; ideally around 5 years' experience in supplier accounting within retail or service environments.
Education
Post-secondary qualification in Accounting/Audit/Finance (Bac+2/3 or equivalent; DCG-type training preferred).
