Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain supplier records and manage supplier master data.
  • Calculate sales commissions accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Verify, adjust and validate sales data; prepare commission reports and perform variance analysis.
  • Process supplier invoices and manage payments; reconcile accounts payable items.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end accounting close activities and support related reconciliations.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities within the accounting team and liaise with commercial teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in accounting (BTS, DUT or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, preferably within a commercial or retail environment; travel-agency experience is a strong asset.
  • Fluent French (spoken and written); intermediate English appreciated.
  • Mandatory proficiency in at least one Asian language: Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese.
  • Excellent organisational rigor, written and verbal communication skills, and intercultural sensitivity.

Minimum three years of professional accounting experience, ideally within retail or commercial operations. Prior exposure to travel agency procedures or coordination with international tourist groups is highly desirable.
