Le Bon Marché (LVMH) in Paris seeks an Accounting Administrative Assistant for a 6‑month CDD to support accounts payable and supplier accounting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Accounts Payable in daily operations and month‑end processes.
- Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze, correct and validate supplier invoices prior to payment.
- Manage payment deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
- Maintain and update supplier master data in the vendor database.
- Perform general administrative tasks (incoming/outgoing mail, telephone handling, miscellaneous office duties).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated rigor, proactivity and strong team spirit.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for invoice control and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is desired.
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone and in writing.

Experience
Entry‑level: no prior professional experience required. Initial exposure to accounts payable, internships or short-term roles in accounting will be considered an asset.
Education
Secondary school diploma with vocational accounting training or equivalent (e.g., BTS/DUT in accounting or comparable professional qualification) or demonstrable administrative/accounting experience.
