Role & Responsibilities
- Enter and code supplier invoices into the accounting system.
- Review, correct and validate supplier invoices prior to payment runs.
- Process payment schedules and monitor invoice due dates.
- Maintain and update supplier master data and references.
- Verify invoice compliance and completeness before accounting postings.
- Perform general administrative tasks (correspondence, telephone handling, assorted office duties).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated rigor, dynamism and strong team spirit.
- Good organizational skills and respect for deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoice control procedures.
