Role & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC cutting machines for high-precision mechanical processing on watch components and precious metal bracelets
- Read and interpret technical mechanical drawings to ensure precise component fabrication
- Use precision measurement instruments including calipers and micrometers to verify component tolerances
- Perform machine setup operations and program corrections as needed
- Work on rotating shift schedules and continuous production cycles
- Support quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance protocols
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Competency in reading mechanical drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools, particularly calipers and micrometers
- Experience or demonstrated knowledge of CNC machine setup and program adjustment
