Role & Responsibilities
- Support creation of campaign content elements for newsletters, website, social media, and paid media channels
- Coordinate briefs and timelines with internal teams and external partners
- Manage logistics for photo and video shoots, including product ordering, scheduling, and tracking
- Archive and distribute final assets across internal platforms including DAM and BCS systems
- Contribute to development of campaign toolkits for local markets
- Participate in development and creation of communication tools including press kits and influencer gift packages
- Support event coordination with agencies for product launches, influencer trips, and brand activations
- Assist with influencer casting and activation planning
- Track project progress with CRM, Media, and E-Commerce teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Monitor press and influencer KPIs and manage content and product shipment tracking
- Ensure 360-degree omnichannel brand consistency across all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in business administration, marketing, or communication specialisation
- Bilingual French and proficiency in English
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in communications, public relations, or marketing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with luxury beauty industry
