Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert brand advice and an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Work effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitors.

- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and support customers in trying products.

- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, such as merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, while safeguarding store and counter property.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment, and digital tools.
- Follow company compliance policies and uphold the brand image.
